Maria Hrefna Hjalmarsdottir Ringdal

Maria has travelled extensively and lived in many countries, originally born in Iceland but of Norwegian heritage way back to the Vikings and later, but one of her forefathers was Håkon the old king of Norway who is the child being saved in the film Birkebeinerne to be seen at Netflix. Maria lives with her husband on the island of Finnøy beside Stavanger, where she runs the Falkasete Bed and Breakfast in addition to working as a herbalist, where she and her husband are building up their farmland as permaculture reservate.
